The Ballet Theatre of Central Pennsylvania (BTCP) is the region's own ballet company, presenting 2 - 3 performances each year of classical and contemporary ballet repertoire. Founded in 1992, the company has become one of the region's premiere performing ensembles, appearing by invitation with groups such as the Nittany Valley Symphony, the Music at Penn's Woods Festival, and the Pennsylvania Chamber Chorale.
